Standard Cirrus Email Account

Now you can have a name@standardcirrus.org email account. This is a good way to show your pride as a Standard Cirrus owner/pilot. It also gives you a permanent email address that will follow you as you change internet service providers.

Subscription policy
Accounts are purchased annually. They terminate quarterly. When you place your order, you will be given a termination date that is one year beyond the end of the current quarter. Renewing your account will extend the termination date by one year.

Storage Space
Each account has a storage limit of 20 MB.

Web Mail
Web mail access to your account is available at http://mail.standardcirrus.org. To log in, enter the following:
Username: your_name@standardcirrus.org
Password: your_password
Language: choose from list

Client Email Setup
You have the option to specify a forwarding address. In that case, your standardcirrus.org mail will be forwarded to the email address you specify. Alternatively, you may configure your email client to accept your standardcirrus.org messages directly. Do that by specifying:
Address: your_name@standardcirrus.org
Login username: your_name@standardcirrus.org
Login password: your_password
POP3 (incoming) server: mail.standardcirrus.org
SMTP (outgoing) server: your ISP's SMTP server (1) or
mail.standardcirrus.org
(1) This option will help reduce bandwidth demand on the
standardcirrus.org hosting account.

Changes and Cancellations
Contact admin@standardcirrus.org to request changes. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations. To cancel your account, simply request an auto-responder message containing an alternate address. This will run until the account lapses.
